Lemon Moons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen pineapple juice
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, pineapple juice and lemon juice.
    Add flour and baking powder; beat well.
    Drop by teaspoon on oiled baking sheets and sprinkle with grated lemon rind.
