Ham Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large slices boiled ham (about 7 x 4 x 1/8-inch thick)
    cream cheese with chives
    lemon juice
    1 bunch small to medium green onions (for variation)
Preparation
    Onto large slices boiled ham, spread mixture of cream cheese with chives and a little onion juice smoothly.
    Roll tightly. Refrigerate.
    When ready to use, cut crosswise into bite-sized pieces.
    Serve on round crackers.
