Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 sticks oleo
3/4 c. pineapple juice or water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 can sliced pineapple
cherries (optional)
Preparation

In bottom of round or oblong baking pan, arrange pineapple slices with cherries in the middle of each.
Pour 1 cup brown sugar over the pineapple.
Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs, juice, vanilla and flour.
Mix well.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Invert when cake is done.
Pineapple slices and cherries will be on top to make a pretty topping.
