Relish(Equals 10 Pints Or 18 Jelly Jars) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cukes (equals 4 c.)
    1 qt. celery (equals 4 c.)
    1 qt. onions (equals 4 c.)
    2 sweet red peppers
    2 1/2 pt. or 5 c. cider vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. turmeric
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well and add to hot mixture.
    Cook until transparent, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Put in hot jars and add lids.
    Turn upside down, as you fill them, for 5 minutes.
