Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. whole bran or 3/4 c. bran plus 3/4 c. wheat germ
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
    Can make half of recipe or make and freeze.
    Makes 2 dozen.
