Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. round steak, flank steak or venison, 1 1/2-inches thick
    2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. ketchup
    3 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    3 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    black pepper *
Preparation
    Remove all fat from meat. Cut into 1/8-inch slices along grain. Combine dry and liquid ingredients to make marinade. Marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.
    Drain.
    Lay meat strips on dryer rack for 8 to 10 hours at 120\u00b0 to 135\u00b0.
