Shredded Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck or rump roast
    1 pt. tomato juice
    3 large onions
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; pour over meat. Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours or in crock-pot. Shred with fork or slice thin. Serve warm.
