Shrimp Dumpling With Chive (Sui Gow) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled, deveined and cut into small pieces
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ajinomoto
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 pkg. sui gow wrappers
5 oz. chives, cut into small pieces
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation

Mix all above ingredients for filling except wrappers.
