Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Cook potatoes in microwave until done.
Cut lengthwise, remove pulp and save shell.
Combine remaining ingredients with cooked potatoes.
Stuff shells with potato mixture.
Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes until thoroughly heated.
