Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. lemon zest
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. baking powder
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat butter on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds. Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until well mixed. Beat in 1 cup of flour until crumbly. press mixture in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 14 to 18 minutes (until golden). Beat eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon zest, lemon juice and baking powder for 2 minutes. Pour over crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes until golden around edges and center is set. Cool on wire rack. Sift powdered sugar and cut into 20 bars.
