Grandma'S Scratch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. hot coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour pans, set aside.
    Mix with a beater the first 8 ingredients.
    Add the hot coffee and vanilla (mix on low).
    Pour into pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and frost with frosting.
