Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    1 large pepper, sliced
    2 chicken breasts or boneless pork, cubed
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
Preparation
    Fry onions and pepper in small amount of oil; remove from pan. Fry chicken or pork cubes 5 to 7 minutes, then add cornstarch, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar and pineapple juice.
    Mix this until thickens.
    Throw pineapple, onion and pepper in.
    Heat through. Serve over rice.
