Mom'S Ham Loaf(Light And Yummy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork
    1 lb. lean ham
    1 to 2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. Minute tapioca
    2 c. cold milk (lo-fat)
Preparation
    Grind the pork and ham together 2 times.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, place the next 6 ingredients and mix.
    Allow to stand at least 5 minutes.
    Set oven for 400\u00b0.
