Soft Cheese Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 Tbsp. fat
    2 chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. canned, drained tomatoes
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated or cubed
    corn tortillas
Preparation
    Saute chilies in fat.
    Add onions, garlic, sugar and tomatoes. Simmer for about 1 hour.
    Just before serving, add evaporated milk and cheese.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
    Dip tortillas in sauce; roll up and place in baking dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over the top and serve.
