Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut into flat serving pieces
4 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter or butter and oil
Preparation

Split breasts so that they will be flat.
Put the flour and pepper into a bag and shake the chicken pieces until fully covered with flour.
Heat
butter,\tbut
just
moderately hot. Fry pieces without
crowding.\tDo
not
cover.
It should take 3/4 hour to cook
a
3\tpound
chicken.
Salt
at
the\ttable. Serves 4.
