Cheese Stradda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rolls Dean's pork sausage
    9 eggs
    12 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    2 large bags shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain well.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs and combine balance of ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
