Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 onions, chopped fine
    1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips.
    Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
    Add meat and brown lightly.
    Add bouillon and simmer meat until tender (several hours).
    Add Worcestershire and paprika.
    Add a little water during cooking to keep meat tender.
    Before serving, add sour cream.
    Cook rice according to directions on box.
    Serve Stroganoff over hot rice.
    Serves 6 to 8.
