Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. canned chicken
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    fresh cooked rice
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken.
    Cook until opaque, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
    Transfer to a bowl.
    Cover and keep warm.
    Add onion and mushrooms to skillet; cook about 6 to 8 minutes.
