Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    grated cheese for topping
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; cool, peel and grate potatoes.
    Cook onions in melted margarine until onions are clear.
    Add cheese, sour cream and potatoes to the onion and margarine.
    Cook altogether over low heat until the cheese melts.
    Put into buttered casserole dish. Add more grated cheese on top.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is bubbling.
