Buttermilk Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
9-inch pie pastry for single crust
Preparation

Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry; trim, seal and flute edges.
Set aside.
