New Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 small new potatoes
2 c. shredded cheese
1 can bacon bits
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Wash and slice potatoes (do not peel).
Place in a saucepan and cover with water.
Boil until tender.
Drain completely.
Line a greased casserole dish with a single layer of cooked potatoes. Sprinkle with part of the cheese and then with part of the bacon. Continue to layer in that order.
Pour melted butter over all. Bake for 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
