Peppered Cheddar Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. milk
    carrot sticks
    celery sticks
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and Cheddar cheese until well blended. Add onion, green pepper, salt, Tabasco sauce and milk; mix well. If necessary, add another tablespoon of milk to make a good dipping consistency. Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
    Serve with carrot and celery sticks. Makes 2 cups of dip.
