Marinated Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roast or well trimmed brisket
    4 oz. liquid smoke
    5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    garlic powder
    onion powder
Preparation
    Sprinkle the meat well with garlic and onion powder.
    Place in non-metallic roasting pan.
    Pour the liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over the meat.
    Place in refrigerator overnight, turning at least 1 time.
    When ready to cook, turn once more.
    Cover with foil and bake about 4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Slices better after cooling.
