Very Good Cake Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    16 large marshmallows, cut into quarters
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. heavy whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with sugar until reaching a lemon color.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 8 minutes, until thick.
    Add marshmallows.
    Chill.
    When cold, fold in vanilla and whipped cream.
