Dad'S Favorite Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend soft butter, sugar, eggs and water together.
In separate bowl, mix cocoa, flour, baking powder and baking soda; add to sugar mixture and blend.
Add milk and vanilla and mix on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
Place in 2 (8-inch) rounds that are greased and floured.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
