Hot Pineapple Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. crushed saltine crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 1/2 cup juice.
    Set aside.
    Combine sugar and flour in a bowl.
    Add margarine and 1 cup cheese.
    Mix well; gently stir in pineapple.
    Pour in quart baking dish, greased.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
    Drizzle with reserved pineapple juice.
    Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
