Apple-Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 cup grated carrots
    1 1/2 cup chopped apples
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil.
    Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add carrots and apples.
    Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
