Blender Tomato Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 c. nonfat yogurt
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cubed avocado (optional)
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients but avocado in blender or food processor.
    Serve chilled or at room temperature over avocado cubes.
