One Step Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cold milk
2 Tbsp. Gold Medal Wondra
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Measure cold milk into saucepan.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add butter.
Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Makes 1 cup medium cream sauce.
