Basic Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked, cold chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    about 2 to 3 Tbsp. sweet pickles or pickle relish
    salt to taste
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, eggs, pickles and salt.
    Do not add mayonnaise until ready to serve.
    Then mix with enough mayonnaise to lightly blend everything.
