Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ground chuck (large)
    1/2 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 tsp. oil
    seasoned salt
    garlic powder
    lemon and pepper seasoning
    sugar
    Cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper (cut up very small) in cooking oil.
    Put in ground chuck and season to taste.
    Cook until slightly brown.
    Drain majority of grease.
    Add squash and let cook slow, turning squash over in skillet, until squash is almost done.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar or to taste.
    Add cheeses and stir in. Do not overcook.
