Whole Wheat Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 to 1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients except all-purpose flour.
    Mix well and add warm water (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add oil.
    Knead dough until mixed and add all-purpose flour as needed to stiffen it.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
    Divide into 2 balls and roll them out to pizza pan size.
    Put on greased pizza pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Add pizza sauce and remaining topping or bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
