Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, soft
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts in small bowl.
Set aside.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
Add butter, sour cream and vanilla.
Mix until ingredients are combined.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating 15 seconds after each addition.
Spread half of batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with half cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Spread remaining batter in pan and top with remaining mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
