Red-Eyeria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. picante
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 (11 oz.) can Mexican corn and juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 9-inch casserole.
