Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook carrots and drain.
    Combine with onion and green pepper. Set aside.
    Combine soup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard. Stir until well mixed.
    Pour over carrots.
    Toss lightly with a fork.
    Refrigerate overnight.
