Skillet Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3 medium potatoes
    3 large carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (7 oz.) can corn
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    salt, pepper and oregano
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown turkey and onion. Cut carrots and potatoes in chunks.
    Place on top of turkey. Add 2 tablespoons water. Steam over medium heat while you fix the other vegetables. Add remaining vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until done. Add salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
