Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes, mix with beater
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, separated
2 c. milk (one evaporated and 1 homogenized)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, then add rest of ingredients, except egg whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Fold into mixture.
Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for 30 minutes or until done (pie is done when a knife inserted in center comes out clean).
