Christmas Ribbon Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans pimientos
4 to 6 kosher dill pickles
1/2 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
3 loaves thin sliced bread
Preparation

Grind pickles and pimientos.
Drain thoroughly between paper napkins.
Cream the softened cheese.
Blend cheese with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Add drained pickles and pimientos.
Remove crusts from bread.
Spread filling between 3 slices of bread.
Wrap in waxed paper.
Refrigerate for several hours before cutting into slices.
Trim ends.
Yields 100 thin ribbon sandwiches.
