Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chile peppers (additional 4 oz. can optional)
Preparation

Remove seeds from chili peppers.
Place a layer in a casserole.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of both cheeses.
Add another layer of chili peppers, with rest of cheese.
Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk until smooth; pour over peppers and cheeses and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
