Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cornbread mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 large onion, grated
1 small can cream-style corn
1/2 c. mashed jalapenos
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all together and bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned (35 to 45 minutes).
