Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can Niblets corn
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. Gladiola Mexican corn bread mix
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain and set aside.
    Drain all the canned vegetables and mix with ground beef in a casserole dish along with cheese.
    Mix corn bread according to directions on back of package; then spread over casserole and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
