Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti (vermicelli)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    8 oz. tomatoes
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. Ricotta
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook pasta; drain.
    Stir butter into hot pasta.
    Stir in Parmesan and eggs.
    Form spaghetti mixture into a \"crust\" in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
