Rave Reviews Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 (4 serving) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and pecans and pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes; remove and cool on rack. Frost with Coconut Cream Frosting.
