Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 tall cans evaporated milk
    regular milk
Preparation
    Mix
    eggs,
    sugar, flour and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Stir in evaporated milk.
    Since raw eggs are in homemade ice cream, you now
    must cook the egg mixture at least 8 minutes or until mixture reaches
    160\u00b0.
    Pour
    into a gallon freezer bucket and finish filling to the line marked on bucket with regular milk. Place in ice
    bucket
    and
    layer ice and rock salt around it. Ice cream
    is ready
    when electric motor stops (about 20 minutes).
