Gayle'S Upside-Down Popover Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. bulk pork sausage or 1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    pizza spices
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to 425\u00b0.
    Cook meat and onion; drain.
    Stir in tomato
    sauce,
    spices
    and the 2 tablespoons flour.
    Heat until boiling; boil 1 minute.
    Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Arrange Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Beat eggs, milk, oil, the 1 cup flour
    and
    salt
    until
    smooth.
    Pour
    over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan
    cheese.
    Bake
    until
    puffy and golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
