Best Ever Barbecues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. celery (2 stalks)
    20 large onions, peeled and chopped
    10 green peppers, chopped
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. vinegar
    15 c. catsup
    20 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of cloves
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add rest of ingredients in a roaster.
    If electric roaster is used, cook at 400\u00b0 to 500\u00b0 for two hours.
    If put in oven, bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Yields 6 to 7 servings per pound with large buns and 8 or 9 servings with small buns.
