Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. bananas, chopped
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add eggs and salad oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in vanilla, pineapple and 1 cup walnuts and bananas.
Spoon batter into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Cool for 10 minutes. Frost and top with remaining bananas and walnuts.
