Ingredients

8 C zucchini peeled and chopped
2/3 C lemon juice
1 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 C butter or margarine
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation

Cook zucchini and lemon juice together until tender.
Add 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and the nutmeg to zucchini mixture. Simmer for 1 minute.
Set aside.
