Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Kikkoman
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Marinate 1 hour or more lean pork chops or chicken.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or grill.
    Best on pork chops 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.
