Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until top is browned.
